Users with the role of an Administrator, Location Manager or Account Owner can track the overall performance of a location.
To get there, go to the Data Insights section of the dashboard and click on the LOCATION PERFORMANCE tab.
Note that you can select particular lines and a custom time frame to be displayed. Adjust the settings at the upper left for LINES and at the upper right for PERIOD:
The Location Performance for your selected Lines and time frame is being reflected in Queue Length, Wait Time and Service Time.
The amount of visitors you have in the queue on average.
How long does a visitor need to wait in line before being called.
The length of service time per visitor.
