If you forgot your password, you can request a link to set a new one.
To do that, go to the password recovery page following this link:
Enter your email address and click "Submit".
An email with a recovery link will be sent to the address you're registered with in Qminder. This can take a few minutes.
Follow the link and set a new password - you're back on track!
What if I didn't receive a recovery link?
If you didn't receive an email with the link, consider the following options:
double-check the email address you entered (your colleagues might have very similar ones)
refresh your email inbox
check your spam folder
if there's still no email, contact us via live support chat! You can reach us by clicking on the chat bubble icon in the bottom right corner of this page
