If you forgot your password, you can request a link to set a new one.
To do that, go to the password recovery page following this link:
Enter your email address and click "Submit".
An email with a recovery link will be sent to the address you're registered with in Qminder. This can take a few minutes.
Follow the link and set a new password - you're back on track!
What if I didn't receive a recovery link?
If you didn't receive an email with the link, consider the following options:
- double-check the email address you entered (your colleagues might have very similar ones)
- refresh your email inbox
- check your spam folder
- if there's still no email, contact us via live support chat! You can reach us by clicking on the chat bubble icon in the bottom right corner of this page
