Infrastructure

We are using Amazon Web Services (AWS) to store our client's data in the securest manner. AWS has state-of-the-art data centers with a high level of security.
Some of the most well-known clients of AWS: Netflix, Workday, Atlassian, SAP.

Redundancy

We are using the most reliable database servers out there. But like with any hardware, one day they will break down. For that reason, we have another database which will take over with zero downtime or data loss.

Communication

We require encrypted communication (HTTPS) on all our web resources.
You will be protected from man-in-the-middle attacks.

Passwords and SSO

We encrypt all our password with strong algorithm and salt.

We provide optional SSO which enables enterprise-level user authentication.

Data storage and backups

Databases are accessible only by the Qminder web servers using encrypted communication channel.

We back up the data daily and keep backups for 30 days.
All back-ups are encrypted and stored in S3. They are accessible only when we need to restore them.
