Durations in the exported Excel reports from the Visitor History insights are now displayed as hh:mm:ss instead of "XXmin" format. |
If you wish to use the previous duration format in your exported Excel reports, apply these steps below.
1- Export your report from the Visitor History insights page.
2- Once you downloaded your Excel report, select the duration column you wish to change the format of.
2- Right click and select Format cells.
3- Select the Custom format option.
4- Type [mm] "min" and press OK.
