To begin searching, click on the magnifying glass on the top right of the dashboard.

You can type in information about whatever it is you're trying to find, be it locations, lines, tickets or employees.

What exactly can be used as the keywords?
For locations and lines - name or the address (for locations only).

For tickets - name, phone number/e-mail (provided they were entered at the time the ticket was added in the queue), as well as any labels or extra fields attached or text messages exchanged (the latter only applies to non-automatic messages).

For employees -  name or email address.

NB! You don't have to press enter to search, it happens automatically when you stop typing.
